Within an hour of a showing appointment, an email has gone out to the Buyer's agent asking for feedback. We, as Listing agents, automatically receive the emailed feedback, however as Sellers you can also receive the emailed feedback directly from the showing agent. Knowing how others "see" your home is just one more tool used to quickly sell your home.
While many agents do not include "communication" as an important part of their marketing program, The Mudd Team feels it is vital. We can not stress enough, the importance of communication. It is the number 1complaint Sellers have about their agents. You need to be able to make knowledgable decisions regarding your home.
